Dunshaughlin Tidy Towns Group are ecstatic having obtained an unprecedented increase of 12 marks to a total of 288 in the Supervalu Tidy Towns Competition 2016 which is true recognition for the trojan efforts of committee members and volunteers and the adjudicators report highlights the positive aspects of our village whilst offering advice and suggestions for future projects.
This remarkable achievement provides the incentive to push forward and set new goals for the future, which can be achieved with co-operation and involvement across all sectors of the community. There are a number of areas where improvements can be achieved and specifically we would welcome suggestions in relation to Wildlife, Habitats and Natural amenities and also Sustainable Waste and Resource Management. dunshaughlintidytowns@gmail.com.
